Be happy don't worry

 " Happiness "may be defined as the fulfillment of a desire (and" unhappiness "as the non-fulfillment of desire). Malthus, if there are four kinds of desire, there will be four kinds Also of happiness.
Level 1 is the desire for externally stimulated or physical pleasures and possessions (eg, a bowl of linguini or a new Mercedes E-Class with leather upholstery).
Level 2 is an ego-gratification: Increases in status, admiration, achievement,  power ., control, winning, etc., and Generally entail a comparative advantage, que can lead to fixation and extremely negative emotive conditions.
Level 3 tries to make an optimal positive difference to the world without expectation of return.
Level 4 is the desire for the ultimate, unconditional, or perfect in truth, love, goodness, beauty, and being.
As one moves up the four levels of desire, one attains more pervasive, enduring, and deep purpose in life.
Saint Augustine phrased it well when yo I prayed to God, "For Thou has made us for thyself, and our hearts are restless until They rest in Thee."
The journey of detachment from Levels 1 and 2 Toward attachment to Levels 3 and 4 Brings sanity, peace, and eternal Love.

The most Effective way of moving from Levels 1 and 2 to Levels 3 and 4 is through God's grace, and the Most Effective Way of Allowing God's grace to us is through prayer Affect and the contemplative life.

If God Allows human beings to cause suffering to one another, He does so for Reasons of advancing the free appropriation of love, and if God created an imperfect World with Natural laws cause suffering Indirectly Which I Would have done so for the same reason. In this view, God does not cause suffering Directly, and if I Allows suffering, He does so to advance to Strengthen His love and eternal invitation to unconditional love.
If God does not cause suffering and is Directly THEREFORE only an indirect cause of suffering, what or who are the true direct causes of suffering? There are two major sources beyond ourselves: Other human beings and Nature.

Should be likened to God the Most compassionate and affectionate of parents who would gladly suffer in the place of his / her child, but realizes That must make This Child her own decisions and must Deal with the challenges of life as a free human agent. It Seems that an unconditionally loving God with everyone who would suffer Suffers, and would redeem every scintilla of suffering through His providence for all eternity. It Seems that an unconditionally loving God would allow suffering to Occur if It could lead to our choice of a more authentic love and life Which Could last for eternity. The key thing to remember Is that God has an eternal perspective. Also I have an unconditionally loving perspective.
